Bringing the Old West Design to the Pharmacy World
HM General Contractors Blog
January 12 was National Pharmacists Day and we are extremely excited to have the opportunity to build out pharmacist Andy McDonald’s new project in Santa Fe, Texas: Lone Star Pharmacy and Cafe.
The Lone Star Pharmacy and Cafe will be a 9,773-square-foot build out on an 11,891-square-foot lease space designed to capture the essence of Texas. The project will be a reinterpretation of western architecture with a contemporary twist. The design will encompass a combination of metal, glass and brick.
The goal for the new design is to restore the “old town” feel of Santa Fe. We believe that the addition of an old town feel pharmacy/cafe combination will achieve that goal.
HM General Contractors is also very excited to work with the designers of Custom Practice Design on this project. The groundbreaking for the Santa Fe project will take place soon on the new town square building.
Building for the Future, Even from the Past
At HM General Contractors, we believe that the past provides excellent ideas and inspiration for building for the future. The Lone Star Pharmacy and Cafe embodies this truth, and allows us to create based on this inspiration.
If you are planning your next facility, consider using HM General Contractors to design and build it. We have been serving the Greater Houston area, as well as San Antonio, Austin and the Dallas areas, for the past 20 years, and we would love the opportunity to work with you on your next project.
